01 - In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and mini chocolate chips.
02 - In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
03 - Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir thoroughly until well combined and the mixture holds together.
04 - Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, portion and roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
05 - Place the energy balls on a parchment-lined tray. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.
